Challenges
The merchant had several conditions for setting up their affiliate program. They wanted to set up a multi-level affiliate network, where their affiliates can recruit newer affiliates under them and earn commissions on the sales referred by their downlines.

Our app also offers the option to display advanced referral statistics and data to affiliates within their dashboards. The merchant enabled this option to add the advanced analytics tab in the affiliate dashboard.
Signup Page Customization
Additional signup fields
The merchant added additional signup fields to the signup page of the affiliate portal, allowing them to collect information such as the Instagram handle, Youtube channel, city, and country from affiliates. It gives them the option to collect such information from affiliates who register with their program.
Manually approve accounts
Our app also offers the option to approve or reject affiliate accounts manually. The merchant disabled the automatic approval option to manually verify the information provided by affiliates while registering and approving or rejecting them accordingly.
Welcome Email
The merchant wanted to set up a custom onboarding email for affiliates. They used the welcome email option for this, where the email gets sent to affiliates when their account gets approved.
Additionally, there is also the option to customize the welcome email template by editing its header, text, email footer, and adding banners or images to the email.
Referral Coupon Codes
The merchant also used the automatic coupons option to generate coupon codes for affiliates. It generates coupon codes for affiliates automatically.
Affiliates can use these coupon codes in their promotions. They will earn commissions on the sales made by customers using their referral coupon codes.
Multi Level Network
Our app also offers the option to set up a multi-level affiliate network, where affiliates can recruit newer affiliates into the program. Additionally, they can earn network commissions on the sales referred by their downline affiliates.
The merchant set up the multi-level network option in their program. They set up a single level and the commission rate for it. Also, they selected the simple commission calculation method for the network commission, where it gets calculated as the percentage of the order value.
Commission Payments
Default Payment Method
The merchant used the default payment method option to set up bank transfers as the default payment method for affiliates. This way, affiliates only need to set their bank details within their dashboard and receive commission payments.
Payment Terms
Our app also offers the option to set up payment terms for affiliates. These terms get displayed to affiliates in their dashboard, informing them of the commission payment schedule. The merchant set up a custom payment term where payouts will happen every two months.
Minimum Payout
The merchant also used the minimum payout option to set up a minimum commission amount that affiliates need to earn before being paid out. After they reach the minimum payout amount, they will become eligible for commission payments.
Withholding Tax
GoAffPro also offers the option to set up a tax percentage for commission payments. After setting this up, the affiliate payout amount will get reflected after deducting the tax. The merchant used this option to set up a 10% tax percentage on affiliate payouts.
Invoices
Our app also offers the option to generate invoices for commission payments to affiliates. The merchant enabled this option and also customized the invoice template.
Also, they enabled the option for affiliates to download the payment invoices from within their dashboard.
Manager Account
The merchant also used the manager account option to create a manager account in their program. It allows them to provide their staff or colleagues with a convenient way to access the merchant admin panel.
